This course is designed for the training of technique for airline reservation,tariff and ticketing.We teach students the basic knowledge of Apollo and Sabre computer system. The students acquire the following

1. Acquire the basic knowledge of Apollo and Sabre computer reservation system and its related operating procedures.
2. Students be able to handle bookings accuratelt through Passengers Name Record creations and modifications.
3. Obtain related travel informations from computer and answer customers' enquires efficiently and tactfuly.
4. Students be able to price domestic and international itineraries and reading tariffs.
